10:30am - Hākari Tapu a-Whānau
Our weekly contemporary whānau service:
This service celebrates our Anglican tradition while also embracing contemporary and creative worship forms. The Eucharist (communion) is shared, and a space of karakia (prayer) is opened for those who would like to receive.
Pārongo
The service comes from Mihingare karakia (Māori Anglican prayers) and is primarily conducted in te reo Māori. An English translation is always available to be inclusive of all reo Māori abilities.
Tamariki - Kura Rātapu
Our Sunday School runs every Sunday (during term time) so your children will have a space to have fun, connect with other tāmariki, and encounter God. See our kids page for more info.
Kapu Tī
After the service, join us for a cup of tea and light refreshments next door in Tātai Hono Marae. We’d love to connect more there.
Papawaka
On Sundays, free parking is available in the carpark surrounding the church and marae.
Pāhotanga Mataora
For those unable to make it in-person, this service is also live-streamed weekly.
“I find this church a place of warmth and welcome. It’s not just the beautiful 10:30am service, it’s the cup of tea and kai afterwards, the warm hugs and greetings, the sense of belonging and being seen and accepted.”

“We are seeking to build a community that desires to meet with God through worship, scripture, prayer and each other, while uplifting te reo Māori and embracing our whakapapa Mihinare.”
