Small Groups
Small Groups
We’re excited to announce that Te Mīhana Māori is supporting the development of small groups!
This initiative responds to a growing desire for deeper connection and whānaungatanga, building on the foundation of our Sunday karakia. These groups provide an opportunity to deepen our faith and walk with Jesus, while also offering support through life’s highs and lows. They may take different forms, including Bible study groups, prayer groups, or the ‘sharing group’ that Hayley and Selwyn are starting.
If you’d like to be part of a group like this, please get in touch with the team: connections@temihana.org.nz.
Our Current Small Groups:

Hayley & Selwyn’s Sharing Group
With support from the Te Mīhana leadership, Hayley and Selwyn are keen to host a small group focussed on sharing and listening to each other’s stories and walks with God.
It would start with some chilled kai and kōrero, then open up a space where each person has the opportunity to share a bit about the highs and lows of their last few weeks, and how God might fit into it all. Hayley and Selwyn have had several experiences with this kind of group, and they would love to share it with others as a beautiful, no-expectations invite to connect deeply with people. If you’d be keen to get connected in, reach out to Selwyn on selwyncoles@gmail.com.
